I can't find the items I want?
There are 1000's of promotional products available and we only have limited space and time to put them on the website, however if you contact us we can source your required items or put you onto some-one who can.

Do you send free samples?
Sorry, we do not send free samples. You are welcome to place a trial order with us.

How long will it take to get my order after i make payment?
In most cases, 2-3 week depending on the quantities ordered.

Do you take customised orders?
Yes, We can get customised orders made, however minimums do apply.

How can I know about my order status?
You may contact us at anytime to find out about your job.

What if I require a larger order than is listed?
Product listing on this website is to show some of what is available.
Larger orders for these products and other non listed products are availalbe.

Contact us by phone or email and we will assist you with the order.

What is the Returns Policy?

Products can be returned within 7 days of purchase.
If an incorrect item was supplied by MyVision, we will happily exchange the correct product free of freight costs.
If the incorrect product was ordered and needs to be exchanged, we will also assist with this, although a freight charge will be incurred.
No products can be exchanged once decorated.
If a product is deemed faulty, MyVision will replace the product. The product must be viewed before this can happen. Please feel free to discuss this with MyVision.
All disputes must be made in writing (email acceptable) within 7 days of receipt of goods. It is your responsibility to check the goods on delivery. No refunds will be recognised once this period has expired. If faulty goods are to be returned to us, you must first obtain an email from MyVision stating approval to do so.

Are the pad printing inks safe?
The Ruco Series of ink used for pad printing Pens, Coffee Mugs, Glassware, Souveniers, Rulers ect.. meet the limits stipulated by th ECC regulation EN71 (safety of toys), part 3 (Migration of certain elements) Dec 1994.
The inks of this series may also be used for printing on the outside of food packaging.

Are you mugs lead free?
All of our mugs, dinner sets and accessories are certified by SGS and FDA. This means they contain no lead or cadmium, so you can rest assured knowing our products are safe.

Cotton Rich Shirts:
Wash - Luke warm hand wash or machine wash.
Care - Seperate wash light and dark colours
Do Not bleach or soak
Dry in shade
Do Not tumble dry
Iron on moderate setting

Polyester Shirts
Wash - Machine wash
Care - Seperate wash light and dark colours
Do Not bleach or soak
Do not tumble dry
Iron on cool to moderate setting only if required

Technical Terms

Screen Printing
Used for products such as apparel, leather and PU products your logo is printed in your corporate colours using as silk screen – logos can be printed in up to 4 colours depending on the surface of the product.

Pad Printing
Your logo is stamped directly onto the surface of the product.
Printing can vary from different products due to limitation on print areas, printing advise is alway recommended.
Can be applied to Metal, Glass, Ceramics, Leather, Plastics, PU and stainless steel products.

Embroidery
Mostly used on apparel, caps and bags.
Artwork is digitized and applied to the product by a high-speed computer controlled emboidery machines resulting in the logo being applied to the product in a series of coloured threads.

A quotation request is available to ensure correct pricing for any products is up to date.

Any quotation is valid for the time stated on the quotation or is valid for a 30 day period from the date of the quotation.
